About Footscapes

Footscapes is owned and run by Liz and Paul Marsden. After living for several years in Penrith close to the English Lake District, Liz and Paul decided to combine their love of walking with their love for Crete, and so Footscapes was born.

We provide modern, comfortable accommodation close to Rethymno, along with a range of optional guided walks designed to show the contrasting highlights of Crete.

Liz is a UK - trained walking leader.

Our guided walks are restricted to fairly small groups - maximum 8 people. Because of this, we can be flexible with regards to itinerary. If you have any specific requirements, please let us know when you enquire about availability and we will do our best to include these in your holiday.
