         Prices for Footscapes 2008 Season

The above prices are per couple. If you are staying here as a single, the accommodation cost is the same, but walk - inclusive prices reduce by Eur95/*£72 for the 5 day package and by Eur57/*£43 for the 3 day package.

For stays of less than one week: Accommodation charge for 1 to 6 nights is Eur60/*£45 per night irrespective of season.

Individual day walks can be booked for Eur20/*£15 per person.

(Day walks pre - booked prior to arrival in Crete only).

            "Season" is determined by the date of your first night's stay with us.

We can accept payment in either Euros or *Sterling. If you are paying in *Sterling, the exchange rate used will be the Bank of England closing spot Euro/£ rate on the day that you advise us of your firm booking. The above *Sterling prices have been calculated using an exchange rate of approximately Eur 1.32 = £1 and are for indicative purposes only.

We can accommodate a third person in all villas by use of a foldaway bed. There is no additional charge for this, but any walking charges for a third person will be extra.

Accommodation prices include the use of air conditioning in summer and central heating in winter - there is no extra charge for this.

Winter: Winter weather is variable and can be a mixture of wet and windy days along with beautiful blue skies and warm sunshine. If you book a winter walking package with us which we have to cancel or shorten due to bad weather, we will refund walking charges pro rata to the number of days lost.

Bank charges - unfortunately, we are charged by our own bank for receipts of funds from some overseas territories (outside of Europe). When this does happen, we will pass on this cost to our clients once we know the full amount of the charges.

Once you have decided on which week(s) you wish to stay with Footscapes, we suggest that you contact us again and make a provisional booking. This booking will then be held by us for two weeks, with no further obligation on your part, until you have found and booked flights. We ask you to confirm your booking with us at the end of this two week period, at which time payment of 20% deposit is required. We will contact you when payment is due and advise you how payment can be made. Payment of the balance of your holiday cost is due no later than 8 weeks before the date of travel.

Cancellation and Amendment Policy

If you wish to amend your holiday with us to different dates, we will do this without further charge, subject to availability of accommodation on the revised dates. If there is no availability, we must treat this as a cancellation:
